Spring and Mental Health

It has been a while since I published a post, but since spring is around the corner I figured I would help the season get into gear. The people in Buffalo, NY know how long our winters can be. The cold, gloomy, and snow to slush days become almost unbearable as spring slowly peeks its head. This is a good time for us to start getting our ideas down and organized of what we might want to do when the weather breaks, as we know how important every ray of sunshine is during spring and summer. Making a list of home projects, vacations and events we want to attend can help us to meet those goals and reduce some anxiety as we try to get everything done.
