Holiday Stress


Stress is a major part of our lives, especially around the holidays. The money being spent, shopping, parties, and making sure you got everything else done in your busy life. While the holidays can be stressful, they should also be fun. Remember to take the time to enjoy what is going on around you and be able to get your needs met as well. Try getting more rest, making lists to get everything done, and talk to someone who is in your support network. As Buffalo continues to be in the spot light and the city begins to offer activities, take advantage of the wonderful winter events in order to remain in the holiday spirit.
