Good Sleep Habits

Sleep is an important factor in our lives. Many Americans are experiencing sleep disturbances. This could be due to general medical conditions, racing thoughts, anxiety, high stress levels, and mental health concerns. Here are some tips for healthy sleep habits. Keep a regular schedule, avoid eating before going to bed, stay away from using electronics in bed as this stimulates the brain and try writing a list of things to do the next day to reduce anxiety.
