Anxiety and Coping
Anxiety at its core is worrying about the unknown or uncontrollable. It can manifest as anger and frustration. This can leave people feeling tired, worried, exhausted and not knowing what to do next. Here are some simple modifications that someone can do in order to reduce anxiety. Chew gum, as this can help reduce tension in the face muscles thus reducing anxiety. Use a stress ball or hand gripper to reduce tension. You can also use deep breathing exercises. If things get worse and are difficult to manage, seek a mental health professional.
