Holidays and Stress

Everyone knows that the holidays can be a stressful time. We are consumed with Christmas shopping, budgeting money, parties, winter weather, and cooking. With so much focus around others remember to take time for yourself. This could be exercising, a massage, watching a movie, going to dinner, etc... Planning your days also helps so that you don't get overwhelmed. Maybe even starting a new tradition with your family can bring new life to the holidays. Just remember that the holidays should be fun and take time out for yourself.
